In 2024, OXXO’s parent company, FEMSA, acquired the convenience store business previously operated by Delek. As stores transition to the OXXO brand, customers will begin to see refreshed locations, expanded food options, new promotions, and OXXO’s Easy Coins rewards program.
What isn’t changing? You’ll still find the same DK gas and diesel at the pump. While OXXO now operates the stores, DK remains a separate fuel brand owned by Delek and will continue serving customers through its long-term partnership with OXXO. That means you get the same trusted fuel experience paired with new store upgrades, additional food and beverage options, and more ways to save – all in one stop.
