DK/ALON HOMETOWN SHOWDOWN
OFFICIAL RULES

By entering into the ALON/DK Hometown Showdown the (“the Promotion”), all participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Delek US Holdings, Inc., (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all respects.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION REQUIRES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH INCLUDE A CLASS ACTION WAIVER. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, YOU MUST NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION.

  1.  Promotion Overview. The Promotion includes a Contest and Weekly Sweepstakes:
  • The “Contest.” Eligible community members can nominate local high schools and complete activities to show their support for a school, including voting on Sponsor’s website. Each qualifying activity will add the number of points specified for that activity to the total for the identified High School. The participating high school that has accrued the most points at the end of the Promotion will be deemed the “Contest Winner.” Sponsor will donate $25,000 to the winning high school.
  • The “Weekly Sweepstakes.” During the Promotion Period, Sponsor will conduct eighteen (18) Weekly Sweepstakes drawings. Each eligible entry into the Promotion, as described in the “How to Enter” section below, will constitute an entry into the Weekly Sweepstakes. Entries will accumulate throughout the Promotion Period and, once received and verified, will remain eligible for subsequent Weekly Sweepstakes drawings. There will be one (1) “Sweepstakes Winner” selected in each Weekly Sweepstakes drawing and eighteen (18) Sweepstakes Winners total.

2.     Promotion Period. The Promotion will begin on September 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT (“Promotion Period”).

3.     Eligibility. The Promotion is available in the following U.S. States: Texas, New Mexico, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Mississippi, Missouri and Georgia. Residents of these states who are at least thirteen (13) years of age (“Participants”) are eligible to support high schools in the Contest and enter the Weekly Sweepstakes. High schools in these states that are located within a ten (10) mile drive of an ALON or DK gas station are eligible to participate in the Contest (“High Schools”). All ALON and DK gas stations are listed at DKFuel.com/stations/. A High School is only eligible to be nominated in and win the Contest if it is within ten (10) miles driving distance of an ALON or DK gas station. When a High School is nominated, Sponsor may contact the High School and/or applicable school district to verify the High School’s eligibility and ability to accept the Contest Prize. Sponsor may require an authorized representative of the High School or school district to complete and return an eligibility and prize acceptance verification form or other documentation requested by Sponsor. A nominated High School will not be eligible to receive the Contest Prize unless Sponsor is able to verify its eligibility and ability to accept the donation.

Employees, officers, and directors of Delek US Holdings, Inc. (“Sponsor”) or any of its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, resellers, distributors, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Participation in the Promotion may require access to the internet. Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or mobile service provider may apply.

4.     How to Enter. During the Promotion Period, Participants may vote for a High School by completing the form available at DKFuel.com/sweepstakes (the “Website”). To select a High School, Participants may use a pre-populated list or write in the High School name. Each vote will constitute one (1) entry into the Weekly Sweepstakes. For each vote a High School receives, it will receive one (1) point in the Contest. Each Participant may submit one (1) general entry per day during the Promotion Period. Participants may also earn additional entries into the Weekly Sweepstakes and corresponding points for their selected High School by completing qualifying bonus activities made available by Sponsor during the Promotion Period, subject to the requirements and limitations applicable to each bonus activity.

During the Promotion Period, Sponsor will make available additional qualifying activities through which Participants may receive additional entries into the Weekly Sweepstakes and earn additional points for their identified High School. The number of entries and corresponding High School points awarded for each activity will be disclosed at the time the activity becomes available. Unless otherwise stated, completion of an activity will result in the same number of Sweepstakes entries and High School points (for example, an activity worth ten (10) bonus entries will also award ten (10) points to the Participant’s identified High School).

Unless otherwise specified for a particular bonus activity, Participants may complete an available bonus activity more than once; however, each submission must be a new and unique qualifying entry. Duplicate submissions will not receive additional entries or High School points. For example, a Participant may not submit the same photo, video, social media post, review, receipt, referral, or other content more than once for additional credit. Each referral must identify a different individual, and each other submission must independently satisfy the requirements of the applicable bonus activity.
The following bonus activities will be available throughout the Promotion Period:

  •  Follow DK on Instagram: +2 entries/points
  • Follow DK on Facebook: +2 entries/points
  • Refer a Friend: +3 entries/points
  • Google Review: Leave a qualifying Google review for a DK or ALON location and submit the requested verification: +10 entries/points.Sponsor also intends to release additional bonus activities approximately every two weeks during the Promotion Period. Such activities may include:
  • Team Spirit: Upload a photo or short video showing how you support your team, including at a game, tailgate, marching band or cheer performance, or game-day watch party: +10 entries/points.
  • Pump Pride: Upload a photo taken at a DK or ALON pump while wearing or displaying the selected High School’s colors: +10 entries/points.
  • Rivalry Spirit: Upload a photo or short video showing support for the selected High School during rivalry season: +10 entries/points.
  • Receipt Upload: Upload a qualifying receipt from a DK or ALON location: +10 entries/points. A free Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) offering the same number of entries and High School points will be available whenever this activity is offered. No purchase is necessary.
  • Why Your School Should Win: Upload a short video or make a qualifying social media post explaining why the selected hometown High School deserves to win: +15 entries/points.
  • High School Difference Maker: Submit a response describing a teacher, coach, or staff member who made a difference at the selected High School, with an optional photo: +15 entries/points.
  • Hometown Pride: Upload a photo taken at a recognizable hometown landmark while displaying support for the selected High School: +10 entries/points.
  • School Spirit Photo: Upload a photo showing support for the Participant’s selected High School: +10 entries/points

Final Cheer: Upload a short video cheering on the selected High School or challenging another school to catch it on the leaderboard: +15 entries/points.During any period in which Sponsor offers bonus entries and High School points for uploading a qualifying purchase receipt, Participants may receive the same number of entries and High School points without making a purchase by hand-printing their full name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, date of birth, and the name of the High School they wish to support on a piece of paper and mailing it in a stamped envelope to:

Each valid mail-in request will receive the same number of entries and High School points available through the corresponding receipt upload activity. Each mail-in request must be separately mailed and must be postmarked by December 31, 2026 and received by January 7, 2027. Mail-in entries will be credited to the Participant and identified High School when received and processed by Sponsor and will be included in the cumulative Weekly Sweepstakes entry pool at that time. No purchase is necessary.

Where specified, Participants may be permitted to complete a photo or video activity either by uploading the content directly through the Promotion website or by making a qualifying public social media post using the designated Promotion hashtag. Specific requirements, availability periods, submission instructions, applicable hashtags, and any other restrictions for each bonus activity will be disclosed on the Promotion website when the applicable activity becomes available.

Each bonus entry must identify the High School the Participant wishes to support. Valid bonus entries will be credited to that High School’s point total once received and/or verified by Sponsor, as applicable.

For any qualifying activity offering a mail-in AMOE, a valid mail-in entry will be credited to the Participant and the identified High School when the entry is received and processed by Sponsor. Accordingly, a High School’s displayed leaderboard total may change after the applicable activity period has ended as valid mail-in entries are received and processed.

For purposes of the Weekly Sweepstakes, each weekly drawing will be conducted from the cumulative pool of eligible Sweepstakes entries received and processed from the beginning of the Promotion Period through the applicable drawing. Entries remain eligible for subsequent Weekly Sweepstakes drawings throughout the Promotion Period, subject to the Official Rules. Accordingly, a valid mail-in AMOE received after an applicable activity period will be included in the Sweepstakes entry pool upon receipt and processing and will remain eligible for subsequent Weekly Sweepstakes drawings.

Sponsor may publish a leaderboard on the Promotion Website displaying the current point totals of up to the twenty-five (25) highest-ranking High Schools. The leaderboard is intended for informational and comparison purposes only and is expected to be updated approximately once per week. Leaderboard rankings and point totals are unofficial, subject to verification, and may change as entries are received, processed, verified, or disqualified. Sponsor’s final verified point totals will determine the Contest Winner.

5.     Entry Restrictions. Each entry may not contain, depict or show any content that: (i) is sexually explicit or suggestive, offensive, lewd, profane, obscene, or contains nudity or racist innuendo; (ii) promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any political agenda or message; (iii) defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about Sponsor or other companies; (iv) contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) or copyrighted materials (including photographs, sculptures, paintings, and other works of art or images published via websites, television, movies or other media) owned by others, without permission; (v) contains any personal identification, such as last names (first names are permitted), e-mail addresses or street addresses for any person other than Participant or their child featured in the video, or otherwise infringes on the privacy of any person other than a Participant without that person’s consent; (vi) communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive image and good will of Sponsor’s brand; and/or (vii) violates any law (collectively, “Entry Guidelines”). Any entries that contain, depict or show such content and/or that violate these Entry Guidelines and/or the terms of these Official Rules will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right in their sole and unfettered discretion to disqualify any entry that they believe is inappropriate or not suitable for publication, that does not comply with these Official Rules, or that is not consistent with the spirit or theme of the Promotion.

Intellectual Property: By submitting an entry, Participant explicitly acknowledges and agrees that the Sponsor and its legal representatives, successors and assigns shall have the irrevocable, worldwide right in perpetuity to license, sub-license, edit, alter, post, reproduce, publicly display and publish, in any media, including print, any or all material which you submit in connection with the Promotion, including each entry and any content posted to social media, with or without first and/or last name credit to the Participant, without any additional consideration or approvals from or to Participant; and entries that attempt to restrict this right will not be considered. Each Participant warrants and represents that his/her entry is original, has not been previously published or won any award, complies with any applicable community guidelines, terms of use, does not contain any material that would defame or otherwise violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including patents, copyrights, trademarks or rights of privacy or publicity, complies with these Official Rules, and will not violate any federal, state or local laws or ordinances.

Please note: By entering this Promotion, you signify and agree that your entry and any other materials submitted in connection with this Promotion may be posted on Sponsor’s website and/or other social media sites or applications associated with the Promotion in a manner that is consistent with these Official Rules. Upon submission of an entry in this Promotion, you agree that Sponsor may contact you via your phone number and/or email address, which you must provide when you complete the entry form. You must provide all required information to be eligible to enter and win. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.

Bulk, automated and/or third-party entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email account. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to submit the entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to the Sponsor or forfeit the prize. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Promotion at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Normal Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply.

6.     Winner Selection.

  • Contest. The Contest Winner will be the High School that has accrued the most points over the course of the Promotion. There will be one (1) winning High School. The Contest Winner will be selected on or about January 12, 2027, after all eligible entries, including mail-in entries postmarked by December 31, 2026 and received by January 7, 2027, have been received, processed, and verified. In the event of a tie between two (2) or more High Schools for the highest verified point total, the tied High School with the greatest number of unique Participants who submitted eligible entries in support of that High School during the Promotion Period will be deemed the Contest Winner. If a tie remains, the tied High School that first reached the final tied point total will be deemed the Contest Winner.
  • Weekly Sweepstakes. Each Sweepstakes Winner will be selected by random chance from all eligible entries received and processed through the applicable drawing date. There will be eighteen (18) Sweepstakes Winners. The first seventeen (17) Sweepstakes Winners will generally be selected on or about Friday of each week during the Promotion Period, and the eighteenth (18th) and final Sweepstakes Winner will be selected on or about January 8, 2027, following the deadline for receipt of eligible mail-in entries. Winning a Weekly Sweepstakes Prize does not remove a Participant’s remaining eligible entries from the cumulative Sweepstakes entry pool, and a Participant may be selected as a Sweepstakes Winner more than once.Except where legally prohibited, each potential Weekly Sweepstakes Winner may be required to sign and return, within five (5) days of being notified, a Declaration of Eligibility and a Liability & Publicity Release in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential Winner cannot be contacted in person after the first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she fails to sign and return the required document within the required time period (if applicable), or in the event that a potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will select an alternate potential Winner by applying the same criteria and through the same process provided above. Only three (3) alternate selections will be made, after which no additional potential Winners will be selected.The High School selected as the potential Contest Winner may be required to complete certain documentation to receive the Contest Prize, including but not limited to a Declaration of Eligibility and a Liability & Publicity Release, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the High School with the highest verified point total is determined to be ineligible, declines or is unable to accept the Contest Prize, fails to complete any required documentation within the time specified by Sponsor, or is otherwise disqualified, Sponsor will proceed to the eligible High School with the next-highest verified point total. This process may continue until an eligible High School is confirmed as the Contest Winner.

7.     Prizes.

  • Contest Prize. The Contest Winner will receive a donation from Sponsor of twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000 USD) .
  • Weekly Sweepstakes Prize. Each Sweepstakes Winner will receive a fifty dollar ($50 USD) DK/ALON Fuel Gift Card. Total Approximate Retail Value of Weekly Sweepstakes: nine hundred dollars ($900 USD).
    Prize Restrictions: The Contest Prize will be awarded as a $25,000 donation to the verified Contest Winner in accordance with these Official Rules. The Contest Winner must be eligible and able to accept the donation and must complete any documentation required by Sponsor.Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to the acceptance and use of a Weekly Sweepstakes Prize that are not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the applicable Sweepstakes Winner. Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, or transferred; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make an equivalent prize substitution at its sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Weekly Sweepstakes Prize.General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, for any reason in its sole discretion, including, but not limited to, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sponsor. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.Warning: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR HIGH SCHOOL (“ENTRANTS”) OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, any website or mobile application associated with the Promotion, and/or the legitimate operation of the Promotion; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) modify the Promotion or suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.

8.     Publicity; Limitations of Liability and Releases. By participating in this Promotion, Entrants agree that Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST OR IN ANY CONTEST RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO DELAYS OR INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, ACTUAL OR THREATENED PUBLIC HEALTH CRISES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, EPIDEMICS AND PANDEMICS AND GOVERNMENT DIRECTIVES RELATED THERETO), WEATHER, OR TERRORISM.

9.     Publicity Release. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, EACH WINNER GRANTS TO SPONSOR (WHICH GRANT WILL BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING ON REQUEST OF SPONSOR), ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, RETAILERS, DISTRIBUTORS, ADVERTISING AND CONTEST AGENCIES, SUPPLIERS, AND THOSE ACTING PURSUANT TO ITS AUTHORITY, THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION TO PRINT, PUBLISH, BROADCAST, AND USE, WORLDWIDE IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WORLD WIDE WEB, AT ANY TIME OR TIMES, THE WINNER’S NAME, PORTRAIT, PICTURE, VOICE, LIKENESS, AND BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION FOR ADVERTISING, TRADE, AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF HIS OR HER NAME ON TELEVISION OR RADIO BROADCAST) WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, COMPENSATION, PERMISSION, OR NOTIFICATION.

10.  Disputes. All disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity (individually, “Claim”) arising out of or relating to this Promotion, the meaning or interpretation of the rules or any prize awarded shall be resolved by applying the laws of Texas without regard to the conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in the state or federal courts within that state. All Claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and all Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event, include attorneys’ fees, and under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and, by entering, entrant waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. ENTRANTS, BY PARTICIPATING , SPECIFICALLY AND KNOWINGLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND A TRIAL BY JURY IS HEREBY WAIVED BY BOTH SPONSOR AND ENTRANTS.

11.  Privacy. Any personal information sent to, shared with or collected by Sponsor in connection with this Promotion is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy found at www.DKFuel.com/privacy-policy.

12.  Winners List: For a list of winners, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “ALON/DK Hometown Showdown” on or before 60 days after the end of the Promotion Period.
